Exercise Tool

As what I've blabbing before about losing weight , I really love the outcome so far and it's been a couple of months that I was engaged with exercise. I'm telling you, it's really a big impact to have a regular exercise while on the diet. It's quite hard to run over 5 miles a day in the treadmill and doing a 30 minutes cardiovascular exercise but its worth it. Oh well, I'm not quitting what I've started and I am planning to purchase a dip bar to make it more fun the exercises that I am engaged this time.
